We exclusively work with CLIA/CAP accredited labs that perform extensive validation on each assay to meet federal CLIA requirements. All our tests have a 95%-99% correlation coefficient when compared with standard venous blood draw results.

We independently perform in house testing against Labcorp and Quest on a quarterly basis to monitor and ensure our lab partners are meeting these standards.

We collect a relatively large capillary sample using the EasyDraw arm collector patch. It’s around 50 times what Theranos was collecting. This ensures good repeatability and has been shown to work well for the analytes we are focused on. As part of CLIA/CAP validations every test we sell has been shown to have good agreement between matched capillary and venous draw samples.

We currently have the ability to support over 300 devices across ten categories. The most common devices our users connect are Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura, EightSleep, Whoop, and Freestyle Libre.
